Hi I am 28 weeks pregnant, before I was 12 I was taking folic acid and pregnacare vitamins but then stopped when I hit the 12 week mark, I'm just wondering if anyone has taken any vitamins threw out there pregnancy? I want to start again but they make me terrible sick

Could maybe just take folic acid and vit d separately if u wanted to continue or maybe a different brand

I have heard a few people say pregnacare makes them feel ill. They took it at bedtime or stopped altogether- individual vitamins.

From the NHS website after 12 weeks (unless GP or midwife have prescribed something specific) it only says we need vitamin d which I take. Off my own back I take calcium too as my teeth are not as good as usual during pregnancy with the hormones.
