Hi I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations of good books to read on being a new parent/child psychology etc?
Wasn't particularly inspired by what to expect when you're expecting, looking more for info on helping the baby sleep etc once it's born Smile

I really loved the Rachel Waddilove book The baby book: how to enjoy year one. I didn't come across it until my baby was a few months old and had found it really difficult/miserable up until then, so the title really attracted me. Some of it is quite basic but I found that reassuring and it helped give me confidence as a new mum. And to have an excellently sleeping baby!
