16 Week Scan -- Is this normal?

I'm currently 15+2 and everything seems to be going well. I had a scan at 13+2 (my dating scan) and was told they'd see me again around 20+6, so I was expecting my next scan to be in early Jan.

A letter from the hospital arrived today, they've booked me in for a scan next week. I'll be 16+2 when they scan me. Is this normal? I thought it might be because of Christmas and new year, but I won't be 20 weeks until the first week of Jan so I'm not sure why they'd bring it forward.

At the dating scan she was able to get all the measurements she needed. Screening tests and all bloods/urine have come back fine.

I'm 39 and have a high BMI, so they'll be monitoring me more closely as the pregnancy progresses, but the last midwife appointment she only mentioned extra scans at 28, 32 and 36... not at 16. Could this be instead of my 20 week scan? Surely not?

On the letter it says it's a fetal anatomy scan. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Should I be concerned?

I would think they have their dates mixed up, definitely ring the number on the letter and just ask if the date is correct

@EllieJai44 I'm an idiot, I didn't even consider they'd have their dates wrong. They did say they'd be giving me extra scans, but I thought these would be after 20weeks. Just called, it was meant to be Jan not Dec, which would make it bang on 20 weeks.
