Is it normal to have headaches every day?

I’ve always had severe headaches, maybe once a week/fortnight before pregnancy.
But recently it’s every single day. I’m having to take paracetamol every day because of them, sometimes it helps sometimes it doesn’t.
Surely this isn’t right? I don’t know how I’m still coping cause some days I feel like my head is going to explode.. what should I do?

@Queenbee95 I called 111 on Sunday night for the same reason, days on days of headaches, waking up with them etc. The doctor on the phone told me the same thing! "Probably caused by my eyes or anxiety" (I'm not anxious, just pissed off with having a headache). Utter nonsense TBH, it's like he didn't hear me when I said I'm pregnant and in my second trimester.

I was only calling to check what I can safely take for them from what I had in the house at the time.

This thread has made me feel better, because having constant headaches is utterly miserable. My DH caught me sobbing in the shower out of frustration and wanted to take me to hospital 😂 That calmed me down and made me laugh, explaining to him that I'm not going to A&E for a bloody headache.

I did grab some Panadol Advance (500mg) on Monday AM and have only had to a couple this week. I found taking more regular screen breaks has helped a lot too.

Are you taking any pregnacare vitamins etc? I actually went to out of hours because I couldn’t function with the headaches! I stopped taking that vitamin and within two days the headaches stopped! Mine was also made worse when on my phone etc, I hope they pass soon!
