Vomiting in late pregnancy

About 2 weeks ago, I started vomiting daily, about 4-5 times a day. I was 35 weeks. I thought it was just bad luck, but my mw was concerned and said frequent vomiting is NOT normal in late pregnancy. I've been to the consultant and preeclampsia was ruled out due to my bp being normal. However, my liver enzymes were high (but I don't have itchy skin). I'm now heading back for scans on my gallbladder and liver. Anyone experience something similar to this or know someone who has? Feeling nervous and frustrated

Women frequently vomit all the way through pregnancy. Permanent morning sickness! But I think if you stopped for a few months and then started again it may be something else? My sister in law had the liver problem (can't remember what it was called!) and dn had to be induced at 36 weeks. Everything fine though. Try not to worry you are obviously being monitored carefully.

Did they check your urine for protein as well as check your BP?

I had hyperemesis at the start (16wks) and then stopped with occasional vomiting over the following months. Am now 38 weeks and started vomiting again a week ago. Haven't thought to mention it to anyone tbh as I was the same with dd

when i was pg with my first i had mild sickness early on that went around week 12- 13, then i started get these horrible pains later on in pg in my stomach and when they came i was really sick for hours mostly until the pain went i found out that i had gall stones. some people may not get the bad pains and that may be whats causing your sickness as pregnancy can make gallstones flare up as my doctor told me. i had to have my gall bladder removed after i had my dd. hopefully you will get to the bottom of this sickness soon, good luck
