10 weeks.. no clue!!

Just found out I’m pregnant, probably around 10 weeks. Absolutely ecstatic but I haven’t been taking folic acid and drank about a bottle and half of Prosecco last weekend 🤭 I’ve filled in the NHS maternity form but not sure what else to do now! How long will it be around until I hear from the midwife/get booked in for a scan? Thanks so much!!! Xx

Bub will be fine. No more alcohol now though! I was taking tramadol when i first found out i was pregnant with my dd 10. She perfectly fine, if a little grumpy. Youll get a letter for when your scan app will be. My friend is 21weeks and tells me they are running late where we are just for safety's sake. Which makes sense.

If you eat cereal everyday you should be fine for folic acid but still get some pregnacare or some simple folic acid tablets. Theyre quite cheap. Fwiw i couldnt take folic acid via tablet because ive had hyperemesis every pregnancy, and some of the tablets are massive. I just got it from the food I was able to eat.

Can’t bloody believe it! I did about 7/8 tests a few weeks ago, all came back negative!! My boobs have been killing so thought I’d give it one more test 🤣
Never eat cereal but I’ve just started folic acid today so hopefully that will be okay.

I found out I was pregnant at 9 weeks, I had been taking folic acid on and off for a few months before but obviously started taking pregnacare within a few days of doing my test.
I was really impressed I got a response from my online referral the same day and my appt was booked for Sunday just gone, and my scan was booked in quickly too, I had it today, and I’m exactly 12 weeks. They should hopefully action yours quickly like they did with mine given the time frame. 🤞🏼

@Apricotta I’m a bit frightened for the scan with me having no sickness at all! My boobs have been killing but I honestly though i was just going to come on any day now 🥴

Hi all
I m 6+2 today.
Last year , I had a mmc at 7w. From about 5w, I started spotting brownish discharge, I was in and out for blood test , scans ... and eventually I ended in A&E with excessive bleeding and needed D&C.
This time, I had a couple of days of very light spottings but that was it. Now I don t have any symptoms of pregnancy, apart from enlarged breats at start but now they feel the same. I had nausea for 1 h on 1 day last week. But since nothing.
I have been testing my urine daily to assess my level of hormones. It started off faint and now the test line is darker. However, it remains lighter than the control line. This morning, the test line was lighter than yesterday s.
I read many cases on line but often there was no follow up updates. No one posted the outcome of their pregnancy so it s not very helpful.
I have an early scan booked on monday. I m scared that it will end up in mc again.
My bf if I can call him that, is not supportive or caring at all. We don t live together. I ve not seen him for 3 weeks ! And he hardly texts unless I text first. He often gives me the silent treatment after an argument. This relationship is draining. I want to quit this guy for good but I am desperate for a kid. So, Everytime, I make up with him because I do not have another option to try for a baby and time is going on.
I don t know what to do ?
