Hi I was just wondering wether anyone had a bbt spike at 4 dpo and turned out to be pregnant?

Hiya, it's too early for your body to know whether the spike/rise is normal ovulation or pending pregnancy. Your body won't register a pregnancy until around 7dpo+.
I first knew I was pregnant at 10dpo.
You'll just have to sit back and wait a few more days! X
