Paracetamol?

Looking some help - How often can you have paracetamol? If i had two this morning, am i able to have 2before going to bed. Thanks x

Paracetamol is absolutely fine to take in pregnancy.
Up to 8 a day, 4 hours apart.

You can take the usual dosage of paracetamol which will be described on the packet.
Usually 1 or 2 tablets up to 4 times in 24 hours spaced at least 4 hours apart.
