I know I'm panicking and it's not something I understood with my first child so I didn't look into it, but I've googled what the nuchal fold measurement is and compared it to my dating scan (11 + 2).

I know it's a little early (and I'm not qualified or trained to make an assessment) but the two pictures from the same appointment are so vastly different. Can I have some opinions please?

It can vary due to babies position. They usually take a few measurements and get the average. They would have told you at the scan if it was above what it should be. If they didn’t then don’t stress about it

They said it was a bit early to do the reading so I've got to go back for another scan and the blood test then. I'm going to be worrying until then though!

I'd like to enjoy this pregnancy if possible as I was the same with my son. There's not much I can do except look after myself so it is a waste of energy worrying.

Different angles - you can't tell what will happen with any pregnancy, but enjoy this bit xxx

I'll try and put it to the back of my mind for now. I watched Emmerdale last night and that's this is the big storyline at the moment.
