I'm currently 5 +1 pregnant following a MC and looking for some people on the same journey as me

Hi @Cornflake24 I'm 6+2 pregnant, I've had 2 miscarriages in the last 12months, 1 at 5 weeks and one at 12 weeks. Its terrifying this period when you've had one every little pain sends my anxiety off that its going to happen again. How are you feeling?

@AprilM23 similar im trying to remain relaxed and have booked 2 early scans, one at 8 weeks and one at 10 weeks. I was 8.5 last time so wanted to have a few extra scans in! Haha

Thats a good plan, we are thinking about some private ones but in a way I'm just too scared to find out and want to wait for 12 weeks. Its so difficult, last time we got so excited making it to 12 weeks I think it was worse it happened then, so this time I'm just trying to stay positive but its.so hard. Are you having private scans or nhs ones?

Hi @Cornflake24. I’m 6+5 days following a MMC in August at 8+3days.

I know how worrying it is being pregnant after having a MMC, I just feel like something is going to go wrong now. It’s so stressful!

I'm having private scans, nhs need 3 back to back MCs or an issue to give extra scans, juat want some reassurance before Xmas really haha.

I'm trying to think of it as my body has done a test batch and it didn't work out but this time it will have learned from its mistakes and all will be well lol

I'm 5+2 after a miscarriage in September so can completely relate to how you're feeling! It's nerve wracking but I'm trying to stay positive and remember that statistically the chances of two consecutive ones are low. I've also been getting accupunture since the MC which has done wonders for keeping me calm so I'm planning on continuing that until I'm 12 weeks.

I'm completely torn on getting an early scan at 8 weeks just before Christmas. (I definitely don't want to get one any earlier in case it causes more stress if there's no heartbeat yet.) On one hand it might reassure me but there's obviously a chance it'll ruin Christmas.

@JanQi I'm the same scan is 20th!
You had any symptoms yet?

Im currently 4+2 following a mmc back in June at just over 9 weeks. Iv fully convinced myself its going to happen again and every little twinge is terrifying me. 12 week scan isn't until 25th Jan- its going to be a long 8 weeks!! Wishing all you ladies all the best! X

@Mandy8885 Congratulations on your pregnancy! I’m sorry about your loss, I had a MMC also in August at 8 weeks so I know what you mean as I’m feeling the same. It’s a very worrying time and so stressful. I hope you’re doing okay and that the next 8 weeks pass by quickly!

Hi all! I'm roughly 4+4 and I'm really struggling a bit. I'm really sorry for your previous miscarriages!

I almost really bad mentioning my story because I lost a pregnancy on 30/10 but I was only 5 weeks. My heart really goes out to all of you that we're further along. I got my positive yesterday before waiting for a new cycle. I keep telling myself I should count my blessings as we were trying for almost a year but I can't help running to the toilet to check for spotting and feeling my boobs to see if they're still sore. Im terrified that it will happen again. Does anyone have any tips for calming?

Don't know if it will help anyone but I keep relating it all to cake haha I keep telling myself my body had a test bake and it didn't work out well but now its learned what went wrong and will get it right this time haha.

I’m currently 5+6 following a MMC in Aug. I’ve booked in for a private scan on 23rd Dec. Can time just fast forward please

I'm 5 ➕ 5 today. Had a scan on the 3rd and there was nothing there. HCG checked and was 2330. Went back today (5th) and had bloods done again. HCG now 4080. I have had an ectopic in 2007 followed by 2 miscarriages. Being scanned again next Thursday 10th so hoping to see something.

My LMP was Oct 30th so I reckon I'm around 5 weeks today.
Have had my hcg levels done and they're only 211. Seems quite low and it's making me worried 😞
Have had 2 ectopic this year so just want this to be my rainbow but I'm feeling so anxious about it

I had a missed miscarriage last August I found out at my 12 week scan empty sac was only 5 weeks. I just found out last week I’m pregnant again and I’m so anxious and worried it will happen again and I’m 5 weeks 4 days today just wondering did anyone have a healthy pregnancy after a missed miscarriage?
