Positive pregnancy test while on period

So I did a test a few days ago and it was negative, but then an hour later had changed to a very faint line (I assumed an evaporation line) then started my period, now about to start day 3 of bleeding (no clots or cramps) and just did a test which came up instantly with a very obvious positive, not sure what to think, anyone else been in this situation and what was the outcome please?

Are you sure it isn't implantation bleeding? What DPO are you?

I had a chemical pregnancy last month and this month, so not really sure. But I’m bleeding fairly heavy (normal for me) but no cramps or clots and this test came up instant and the line is a lot more noticeable than the test 3 days ago

I have 26 -28 days cycle. I was trying this month & I developed bad back ache & stomach cramps since 1 week. Yesterday I brown discharge & it continued for 2nd day. It's little less than regular period & color is not bright red. Today I can see clots in blood & cramp pain continues.
I also did test today & if was negative with 1 line.
I also have giddiness & tired since a week.
Can anyone please suggest & guide me.

If I were you op I'd get some of the digital dates ones. Test now and it should say 2-3 weeks (or whatever). Then test again in a week and see if it's moved up a week

Ok. I will wait for a week & do test.
My back & stomach is continuing even today.
My only worry is, my brown thin blood flow is now big clots.

Anyone had clots during your implantation bleeding?
I feeling really terrible with the pain & confusion.

Never had clots. implantation bleeding *should be a light pinkish colour on wiping, 1-2 episodes only. But I appreciate women have a variety of experiences.

I still wonder what is wrong with me. I had bleeding around my regular periods time with big clots for the first time in 30yrs. Tested negative 2 times.
But cramps & back ache s still continuing.
It's now 33 days from my last proper period.
I started to getting nausea around evening from 2 days.
Not sure why test is not positive nor I had proper period.
Hoping for good. Will wait for another week.

Bad news is even after you have had a miscarriage the pregnancy hormones take a while to go back down. So you could be pregnant and just bleeding 🤞 or it might be a miscarriage.

Guess the only way to know is wait a week and do another test. If it comes out positive I would ring the early pregnancy unit and they will do a scan to make sure everything is normal.

Thank you. Surely I will wait for some more days & see what it could be. Then I will go for proper beta HCG test & confirm if everything ok.
