what happens if you forget to do the exercises?
do you all do that regularly? and have you been doing it throughout your first pg?

With dd1 I did the exercises as recommended and had no probs after birthh - was pg with dd2 before dd1 turned one, and did them again but was shocked with the difference in my pelvic floor ! Had a few embarrasssing laughing/coughing incidents, which thank god happened when alone at home !
With 3rd pg I did exercises religiously, but still had to be careful after birth when sneezing, etc, but it wasn't as bad.
Carried on doing them until I felt things were back to normal !
I always did them through a fave programmer like eastenders, hold for 10 secs, etc, all through the programme!

so do yhou think if I do them while on the tube, two hours all in all, would it be enough? and what exactly do you need to do. 10 seconds holding then releasing? sorry for TMI but I guess we've all been there.
I have not been doing them much first time and the trampoline is dodgy, which is scary.

Yes thats what I always did, 10 secs hold then let go, as many as you can be bothered - sp yes 2 hrs on tube sounds more then enough to me !
