krafts boxed mac and cheese is it ok?

hi ladies I'm 33weeks and i just want something quick to eat as I'm hungry I bought this kraft boxed mac and cheese from my Tescos as anyone else ate it in pregnancy?

Not eaten it myself, but it's fine to eat while pregnant

@Oneandabean thanks for the reply i read online on this fox article that it causes birth defects because of something in the powdered cheese I'm currently 33weeks so not sure if its for early pregnancy but I don't believe it
