Anyone else taking b6 and know the correct dosage? Never tried it for my 1st two pregnancies but hoping it might help with morning sickness.

'A typical dose of vitamin B6 for morning sickness is 10 mg to 25 mg, 3 times a day.'

Thanks for your reply @shalomtoyoujackie. Yes I saw this too, however it is from an American publication and I'm sure I read somewhere when doing initial research that this is more readily dispensed in the US. Just wanted to see anyone who had advice from a local source. Thank you
