Sorry for the clueless post (ftm) but I think I’m having contractions. I’m a week overdue and had a third sweep today. Cervix still firm though but 2cms dilated.
I’ve been losing mucus plug all week and having lots of discomfort since Thursday .
Since 3rd sweep this morning I’ve been having these ‘contractions’ around every 5 minutes and they are mostly felt in my lower back. It comes in a wave from the front around to the back. I’ve started the tens machine and going to start timing them on my app. I can talk through them but have to deep breathe.
Any advice appreciated, thank you!
