Got my results today for first trimester combined screening
Maternal age at conception: 26
Maternal weight: 66.6kg. puts me about 26.5 BMI.
Non smoker
Nuchal translucency: 1.5mm
HCG: 3.61mom
Papp a : 0.86mom
T21 risk 1:1511
T13/18 1:20000
Now all good apparently but I am worried about that high HCG score.
I expected downs risk much lower due to my age and nuchal translucency reading.
Is high HCG alone ok?

I am previous pre eclampsia and I remember I had high HCG with my last but with her I had horrendous sickness all the way through
