Recurrent miscarriage and testing

Hi,
Just wondered those of you who have experienced 3 miscarriages in a row did you opt for testing? Testing of the foetus?
Did anyone find anything underlying that was able to be treated and went on to have successful pregnancy’s ?
We have now been offered testing. I’m not sure I could subject myself to another pregnancy though

I've always done my miscarriages at home (5) so couldn't test abs regret that as all the other tests done on me at the recurrent miscarriage clinic came back clear so we never really got an answer

If chromosomal issues are found there isn't any treatment for it to prevent another one? You'll just be told it's bad luck and no guarantees that it would happen again. Unless you tested all 3 and they all had the same chromosomal issue which is pretty rare. You Could have karyotyping blood tests done on you and DH to see if you are a carrier of something but the only "treatment" would be IVF with PGS testing to find an embryo which isn't effected? (But the science isn't 100% accurate)

I did PGS test on one of my rounds of IVF and didn't get any chromosomally normal embryos so I suppose we got our answer - that my eggs were poor quality. BUT I got pregnant with twins on my next egg collection so I'm sceptical as to whether this really was the issue?

Like @ivfbeenbusy my losses were at home. Myself and husband were tested but it came back clear.
After 3 losses I was placed on progesterone and aspirin and went on to have two successful pregnancies.
Mind yourself because this is a really hard bleak time. I feel for you.
