I'm running an antenatal course on Saturday 10th November (have advertised in classifieds, but you're more likely to spot it here!)
It's in a beautiful location in Monmouthshire (within easy reach of Bristol and Cardiff). It's not a birth preparation class - this is all about preparing for the emotional challenges of having a baby (something you don't get in any detail in traditional classes, but which is really important when your baby arrives). We'll look at guilt, perfectionism, relationships, finding the right parenting style for you, and much more.
Cost £50 incl. lunch and fab goodie bag, or £40 each if both partners attend.
