I have hyperemisis I've been in hospital twice so far 13 weeks.
I've been okay for a few weeks now with a good antisickness tablet routine
This morning woke up with a migraine
Vomited my tablets back up and now I can't keep anything down again
All my doses today have come back up
I can't face ending up in hospital again
What can I do? Sad

Can they be crushed before taking, in the hope that some of it will stay down ?

I think you need to go back in. They can give you an IV, that will get on top of it then back on the tablets and out. Better to go now before you've really knackered yourself with dehydration.

You can get patches for antisickness.

I had ones that sit between your lip and gum and just dissolve there as the drip made me sick worse! They're called Promethazine

Ask if it’s available in rectal suppository form.

I used to take mine in bed about 15 minutes before getting up. That helped most days.

Could you take them right before going to sleep?
