Hi,
Can anyone recommend any good pregnancy yoga online? (Recorded rather than a live course preferably).
I went to yogabellies with my first and found it so beneficial, would really like to do something similar again this time, just not sure where to start looking! Thanks

Following, the only one I’ve been able to find is a local class over zoom which I’m not able to access

I love Lucy Flow yoga. Her online subscription gives you access to 11 different flows that are approx 20-35 minutes each plus stretches and breathing exercises. A lot of people recommend the Down Dog app but I didn't get on with it so well.

I'm mostly into Yin yoga and a local yoga studio (not the one I usually attend) has uploaded prenatal yin videos on demand - it's a little more expensive though at £9.50 a week (not compared to in person classes!); tribe.yoga/tribeonline/.

Hi there, hope you are really well :)

I have been using The Yoga Class (www.theyogaclass.co) which has all sorts and Yoga and Pilates on demand plus a really great Pregnancy and Post Natal section with so many classes.

You get a 14-day free trial too which I really liked and they have a lovely app which makes it easy to use.

Hope this helps

I really like Sarah Beth Yoga on YouTube. She has a few prenatal videos, just started doing them this last week . There is more choice if you sign up to her programme online but I haven't checked that out yet.
Katy Appleton also has some nice short ones on youtube under the name 'Tonics
I do need to find some more intensive/full workout ones though.

Sorry - Tonic not Tonics

I used the Down Dog prenatal yoga app throughout my pregnancy. I thought it was was excellent.

I now use their normal app post pregnancy as I got on with the pre natal so well.

I really liked that you could choose the length of the session each time and the sequence is different each time so I never got bored which was the issue I found with the YouTube yoga videos.
