Simple meal ideas for when queasy?

Hi all!
I’d love some recommendations on easy & simple meals to prep that are as healthy as possible but feel light on the stomach. I find that in the evenings there’s little I fancy so I resort to the usuals (bagels toast rice) but I’m bloated so I’d like to try for less carb heavy meals. I found that yesterday I wasn’t up to eating much but tried to cook with the help of husband (im dreading cooking at the moment) a simple veggie frittata and a simple pasta with tomato sauce to have during the week and ended up eating a bit of both quite happily for dinner so would like to find some simple meals that don't take long to cook and ideally pack some good nutrition to get through these strange first weeks.
Thanks!!!

I have to say I lived on pasta, soup, toast and apples for about 6 weeks 🙊

A few weeks of carbs won’t do you lasting harm. I had hyperemesis and even with lots of drugs had to live off rich tea biscuits for a long while. Eggs were one of the first other things I could tolerate so if you managed the frittata that might be true for you too. Cooking ahead is prob a good idea. I like to roast a chicken to pick at cold - find cold food often easier to eat and it gets me some protein. Fruits often easier than vegetables.

Totally get that some carbs for some weeks will do no harm to the baby but I get the worst stomach pain from the bloating so really got to ease off carbs Confused

Yes cooking ahead definitely seems to help (not to have to think of what to eat is a big plus in calming my queasiness so I'll try to do that a few times a week to have something to hand.

I virtually lived on homemade macaroni cheese throughout my pregnancy. I couldn’t stomach meat at all.
