Pressure lower belly

Almost 25 weeks and have this feeling on pressure in my lower belly, kind of feels like I desperately need to wee bit when I go nothing comes.. has anybody ever had this is it just baby's head?

Yes I had this a few weeks ago, I'm just coming up to 28 weeks now. I couldn't walk properly, constant pressure down low. I think baby was just lying in a weird position for a week or so, much more comfortable now!
