7 weeks - no fetal pole

Looking to hear about other people's experiences please if they've been in a similar situation. I think I am 7+3, went for a scan today and they can see a gestational sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole. She said my dates might be wrong so to come back in 2 weeks.

It's possible my dates are wrong as I was using my LMP as the first day I saw spotting when I normally spot for a few days before the first day of flow. I also remember when tracking ovulation in the past (didn't do it this time) that I normally ovulated around day 18/19.

I am totally gutted, the two week wait is going to be unbearable.

Anyone?
