Please can everyone tell me their nap routines with their babies (around 4 months old)?

Routine, timings, where they have the nap etc. Really need some help!

My ds self settles with no crying just me laying next to him at night time but will not nap in the day!

Thanks 😊

At 4mo aim for upto 2 hours awake at one time. Probably 1.5 hours after waking in the morning and 2 hours after the last nap before bedtime.

Babies tend to sleep best where they usually sleep at night.

My 12 week old is up about 6am. She usually needs a nap every 2 hours or so. She has a longish nap (2hrs) around 11am and 2pm and maybe 2 or 3 other shorter naps. She is usually done for the day around 7pmish max.

Night time she settles fine in her cot but during the day I usually end up with her on me or next to me on the sofa.

I've used an app called huckleberry since dd was a few months old. It really helps me with her naps as it tells you the best time to put them down for naps. DD doesn't show tiredness signs until she's overtired so it works brilliantly for me
