Hi Everyone,
Curious if anyone has had this. I woke up today feeling like sore in my uterus / lower abdominal area. It doesn't hurt when I am sitting down / standing. I can just feel the dull, soreness when I am walking or in some other way am engaging the muscles in that area.
Is this normal? I have been pretty lazy so I don't think I over did it with any kind of exercising lately lol
