Pregnancy sickness

I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant. I was throwing up throughout my first pregnancy (up to and including labour) and have been throwing up multiple times a day in this one.

I was prescribed cyclizine on Tuesday, which helped take the edge off in my first pregnancy but didn't totally stop the sickness. It's stopped me waking at night with nausea, and I'm getting around a 2 hour stretch in the day where I don't feel nauseous and am able to work properly, but I've still thrown up every day, and twice so far this morning.

I'm not sure how long to leave it before phoning the GP to ask about the next course of action? I was thinking I might call back on Tuesday as I'll have been trying it for a week by then.
