Feeling terrible - is this ok?

I’m about 8 weeks and feeling dreadful. I’ve been in bed for three weeks, mainly due to nausea (no vomiting) but when that subsides for an hour or two each day I am really weak dizzy and light headed and I can’t really get up for more than 10 mins without needing to go back to bed. I feel really clammy but with freezing feet. I have what I would consider to be low blood pressure (averaging 100/60) but according to the nhs website that is in the normal range. Is all of this normal or should I be worried? I’m just wondering whether to call the midwife tomorrow to check but I’m not sure what really they would be able to do so perhaps there is no point.

Not sure about everything else but that's my normal average blood pressure which has remained around the same dropped to 90/can't remember at one point but the doctors have always been really happy with it.. I'm carrying twins so I don't know if this would normally affect blood pressure. My nausea wasn't too bad but I have been on iron tablets for most of my pregnancy (33+6 currently) due to my iron levels which made me very weak and very tired x

Could be low iron check in with midwife

My normal blood pressure is 90/60ish but I did find it increased slightly when pregnant.

Are you eating enough as what you are describing was what I had with awful sickness and I definitely wasn’t eating and drinking enough. Might be worth trying some luzoade or something with electrolytes. If you feel better after then you know it’s food and drink related

Thanks, I’m eating plenty given that I’m in bed all day. I’m able to eat toast and pasta and cereal so although no prizes for nutritional value it’s not too bad in the circumstances. I’m also drinking a lot despite the nausea - I’m thirsty all the time.
