Andrews salts HELP

I have taken some Andrews salts because I was so uncomfortable ... feel great now btw... but I didnt think about it at the time, are they safe in pregnancy? packaging says ask your doctor. Anyone have any experience of this? As im pretty sure I'm going to need it again in the future. Im only 16 + 2 now.

What's it for?

I took it when pregnant and was absolutely fine. I looked up the patient information leaflet and it says there is no human trial data but all animal data states there was no issue.
