Prochlorperazine for morning sickness

Hello, has anyone tried these whilst pregnant?

I'm suffering from nausea, no acutal sickness but it's starting to really get me down.

The nurse prescribed me these, but only to take them when 'necessary', i also stupidly goggled them!

I am unsure of wether to take them, however I'm at a funeral tomorrow and not sure if i can cope with nausea for the car journey etc.

Thank you

I had them prescribed this pregnancy and last time and took them with no issues. I didnt find they were the best and moved on to other medication but i took them 3 times a day as per my dr instructions.

I’m 7 weeks today and taking 1-2 a day, finding them a godsend

I've been taking these since 6 weeks, I'm now 18 weeks. I take them a bit as hoc now, as and when needed. To be honest they didn't do much for me by themselves in the early days, I took them in combination with ondanestron and cyclizine. They're perfectly safe in pregnancy though.

They were amazing for me. Tried cyclizine which did nothing and the prochlorperazine meant I could eat again. I stopped taking them at about 17/18 weeks. Sometimes I needed more than one a day if I was feeling particularly awful.

Thank you for your replies ladies, I'll give them a go as I'm feeling miserable with nausea.
