Is my baby's scan photo normal?

Hi all!

I had a 4D scan photo the other day at 27 weeks which went great!

I was looking back at some of the photos and the one in 2D looks like he has a bubble looking circle on the back of his head.

Does this look like anything to worry about?

If there was anything to worry about at the scan, the trained sonographer would have told you. Asking randoms on the internet who don't have jobs to go to on a Weds morning is a really bad idea.

Scans aren’t like normal photos... the baby is moving constantly so they often look like they have odd features!
If there was anything to worry about they would have made you aware.
Congratulations!

If there was anything at all to worry about your sonographer would have told you - don’t worry!

My 12wk and 16wk scan photos were not at all the traditional side on cutesy scan pictures you normally see posted - he’s being a stubborn little bugger and we only seem to be able to get pictures of the back of his head! The latest scan (this week 19wk) we finally managed to get a side profile, and out of 6 photos, only 2 look as you’d expect, the rest he looks like a duck 😂🙈

It truly isn’t anything to be concerned with if the sonographer hasn’t said anything 😊
