Bleeding and pain

Hey girls
I am about 9 weeks pregnant and I have been bleeding for just over a week I also have experienced some abdominal pains today. I had an early scan last week and everything was okay but this was before my pain. I have called my doctors and they said that it’s fine. Just wanted to know if anyone has had this and if there’s any tricks on helping the pain or is it something more serious?

You can take paracetamol. Warm water bottle (not too hot!) or a warm bath might help.

But other than that, just try to take care of yourself. Be kind to yourself.

I experienced spotting when I was 6 weeks pregnant and it only stopped when I was about 9 weeks. I didn’t have any strong pain, but had cramping on and off. I still don’t know why I had this spotting neither did doctors. I don’t know how intense your pain is. I know how it feels. Try to relax. Have healthy food. Drink plenty of water. You should be fine. If your pain is getting worse contact triage. That’s what I used to do everytime I experienced something different.
