When to worry about cramping?

I am 9 weeks pregnant (10 weeks according to lmp) but I had a scan at 6 weeks 3 days due to severe pregnancy sickness and everything was good and little bean had heartbeat. I have been cramping all day and while it is mild I am wondering when it is it time to speak to doctor?

Thanks

Cramping is very common in first trimester. I think everything is okay with you, but you can always talk to your doctor to get a reassurance.

I had a miscarriage 3 years ago so can't help but worry! I do also have a 2 year old but doesn't stop me worrying!

All babies are precious. I know how it feels as I went through the same phase when I was pregnant with my baby. I started spotting when I was 6 weeks with mild cramping. They gave an early scan but didn’t find the reason. Thankfully it stopped when I was about 9 weeks. I can’t remember how many times I contacted the triage during my pregnancy. There is nothing wrong to get it clarified with a doctor, but I strongly think everything is okay with you.

Also try not to worry!! Try something which distracts you and makes you happy

Cramping without any bleeding is normal. Cramping with bleeding can be fine also.
Ttc and pregnancy is an absolute minefield.. All good preparation for parenting itself ime!!
Never a call wasted to a midwife I say. She is there to support your mh also. Any worries be sure to share with her!
However daft you may think it is!!
My aunt was convinced she only saw 1 arm at her scan. Insisted her dh took her back to make sure. Nobody minded!

I've been pregnant 3 times - 2 children, 1 miscarriage. In all of the pregnancies I experienced cramping in the first trimester. In fact, it was worse in the two healthy pregnancies bizarrely. Everything crossed for you having a happy and healthy pregnancy!

Thanks everyone debating a private scan, I don't have my 12 week scan date yet!
