8+3 - aches, pulling, twinges. Normal?

Hi,
I’m 8w 3d and had a scan on Thursday. Everything was perfect and baby had a strong heartbeat. I do have three ovarian cysts but they didn’t seem too worried about it and just told me to take it easy.
The last couple of days I’ve had pressure, twinges and dull aches in my abdomen. Some located around the ovaries but some in my abdomen. I’m taking antibiotics for a UTI at the moment too but I just wanted to know whether twinges and aches were normal at this stage?
Rest helps them to subside and they’re not bad enough to need painkillers or anything. I’ve had no bleeding (apart from the tiniest light pink dot which was the size of a pin head). It’s my first baby and an IVF one at that so thank you for reading my rambling neuroses this far!

TIA x

I think I had similar with DS.

If you’ve had a successful 8w scan, then things are going very well.

I remember around 9 weeks I had quite a lot of twinges and pains. All seemed to be normal as I am now 20 weeks.

I had a lot of twinges, pulling sensations and mild aches around week 8 to 10. I’m 13 weeks now... still getting them from time to time. I think it’s normal as the baby grows and opens up/stretches the uterus.
