Doctor told me my hcg has more than doubled 11/11/2020 hcg was 2746, 11/13/2020 my hcg was 5698 and had extreme nausea and fatigue so tired I slept 15 hours and my husband thought I was dead cause I was actually having peaceful sleep lmfao, woke up cranky because he wanted to play his video games (damn hormones made me pissed for no reason I got enough sleep!!)

How many weeks are you?
HCG would normally double every 48-72hrs so doesn't necessarily mean twins.

My HCG at 6+2 was 35607 and 6+4 54365. I had twins.

Your hcg levels are supposed to double every 48-72 hours in a normal single pregnancy and your symptoms are normal pregnancy symptoms so I don’t think any of it suggests twins

Doubling is normal for 36-48 hours.

I'm having twins and other than having a hcg of 159 at equivalent of 13DPO there was no other indicator of having more than one baby in there.

My HCG was High and more than doubling in 48 hours... i was actually worried.
I am a fraternal twin and my cousins too.
But despite us asking if there are two babies at the first scan it is a singleton pregnancy!!!

I had 196 at 14 dpo and 559 at 16 dpo
So wouldn't rely on hcg levels 😁
