Hello all.
Having growth scans as I had a previous small baby on the 2nd centile.
My 28 week scan showed the baby to be measuring on the 20th centile so all good.
My bump has measured on the 95th throughout and I have gained 2stone exactly now.
I've had a few other troubles the last week which has been rubbish and I've been hospitalised with. Feel huge, uncomfortable and generally unwell.
Yesterday at 32+5 I went in for the next growth scan yesterday and the baby has jumped to the 98th centile. EFW currently 5lb4. The sonographer was shocked. He said it's a large leap in four weeks. I stayed afterwards to see a dr, they did blood for gestational diabetes and said I would possible have to have an induction plan. I see my consultant next Tuesday and have another scan booked in already for 36+4.
Does anybody have any experience of this they're happy to share please?
