7 weeks and low back pain

Hi ladies just wondering if anyone else is suffering with this? It's across my full lower back just constant ache

I’ve found that sitting up all day has made it worse. I’m trying to work lying down on the sofa for part of the day haha. Thank god for home office.

Yes I work half in the office half at home. I think tomorrow I'll try lying on the couch instead of sitting up x

Hello yes I am 7 weeks +1 today and have the same that started yesterday. It's like a crampy back ache & niggling there on & off. My friend also had this at the 7 week mark!

Are you both feeling sick as well? I haven’t actually been sick but I have constant nausea. It’s so bad isn’t it!!

Thanks for replying ladies. I have had some sickness but nothing too bad and with no pattern either. Some days I'm completely fine other days I'm sick once or twice. How have you all been keeping?
