How do you cope with nausea?

7 weeks pregnant into 4th pregnancy, and this week nausea has hit me bad!

Thankfully yet I haven’t been sick, although at times I think I’d probably feel a bit better if I was! I’m not overly nauseous when I wake up, but it’s really hitting me around mid morning, and then lasting hours.

I feel like this is the worst I’ve been in the times I’ve been pregnant and I’m struggling to function now.

What’s your tips ladies? I’ve been sipping on ice cold drink/bitter lemon and when out I’ve been having a mint or chewing gum which takes the edge off it slightly. I’ve also got anti sickness bands, which I’m I’m unsure are even helping but I can’t bring myself to take them off.

Another thing is I’m prone to migraines, which have been really bad since the day I found out I was pregnant, other than paracetamol which never take the edge off anything for me, is there anything else I can take?

My nausea was horrible, survived on plain boiled potatoes and ready salted crisps for the first trimester.

I found having a cracker in the morning before getting out of bed helped sometimes and lots of hard sweets to suck on through out the day.

Hope it passes soon as it does debilitate you somedays.
