Cramp and back ache 12 weeks

Hi all

My first pregnancy and I was just wondering is it normal to get cramps and lower back ache this early. 12 weeks Saturday

It isn't all the time it just comes and go maybe twice a day.

I don't know whether it's bad or because I'm a bit bunged up - sorry to much info

I'm such a worrier it's probably nothing but it's bad enough to take paracetamol

Yes it's normal well it was for me stomach cramps caused by constipation a lot of it and also had back pain like early labour back ache, try not to worry easier said than done I know but I'm sure every thing is fine. Good luck for the rest of your pregnancy. X
