I’m currently 13 weeks. Since about 5 weeks pregnant I’ve started waking in the night about 4/5am and can’t get back to sleep for thinking. Usually I wake up because I need the loo.

Last night was the worse so far. I woke at 2:30 when DH came to bed and was awake until at least 4:30 with my mind racing. Then his snoring woke me again even though I’m wearing earplugs. I’m really struggling.

I was the same from around 15 week Mark and unfortunately now at 23 weeks still the same. I wake up around 4am every day. Don't go back to sleep anymore. That's me up for the day. Come the afternoon I am so tired I could nap though, never do. I remember in my last pregnancy this only got worse as I was so uncomfortable at night. I am a front sleeper though and sleeping any other way seems to really disturb my sleep. Hope it's just a phase for u and get some sleep ASAP x

I was fine earlier on but at 32 weeks this is me now!

Well I have ordered some different earplugs in the hope I won't be woken up so easily from DH snoring. I might just do what you do @Terriblecreature and get up when I wake at 5. It's got to be less stressful than lying there with my mind racing.

The only thing I'm hoping is that it's just a pregnancy thing, as when baby's here, I'll need all the sleep I can get!
