Early Scan

Hey

My midwife is sending me for an early scan next week I will be just over 7 weeks! I didn't have an early scan with my first 2 but because I've had a bit of spotting she's sending me as a precaution!

I'm really worried tho will they be able to see anything? I have to go alone because my partner can't why out of work and I'm anxious that if something is wrong I'm on my own.

I still have lots of symptoms bad sickness and sore boobs just fearing the worse.

Has any one for any positive stories from a 7 week scan maybe a photo?

I had an abdominal scan at 7 weeks and was able to see the sac and a very tiny little baby inside. Could see the heartbeat flickering and it was very reassuring.

@swiftt arw thats lovely. My midwife thinks it's all ok as I have terrible sickness and sore boobs but as I also have hypothyroidism so she wants to be on the safe side. I'm probably worrying for nothing just can't help it x

I had a scan at 6 weeks 5 days saw blobby little baby and flickering heart ❤

Hope all goes well with your scan. I believe lots of people go for early scans these days

Update!

Had scan today baby is fine saw heartbeat she noticed a spot of bleeding but she's not worried and told me to relax apparently it's normal but I am still worrying!
