Hi,

I’m looking for some advice, I’m 15 weeks pregnant nearly 16 weeks.
I woke up this morning with sharp pains down the sides of my tummy, they went away after like 10 minutes, but I’ve had this dull achey pain all over my tummy, it’s not like a period pain or anything like that, I’ve had no bleeding and not pain like this before, I had a miscarriage about 5 months ago, so I’m worrying like crazy. 😞😞

Thank you!!!!
Xx

I use to get muscle pains all the time from stretching and moving / baby growing. I would guess it’s that and would explain the ache that’s lasted if it’s muscle. Maybe have a bath to relax, keep an eye on it. If it’s still there in a few days or you are really worried just call the midwife. I think they would rather you called and had less stress and anxiety

Definately check with your midwife, as that's why they are there. That said, I had exactly the same at around the same time and was worried (this is my first) but everything was fine (now 37 weeks). I went in to be checked, which they said was the right thing to do and which I found reassuring, but the midwife said "expect pregnancy to be uncomfortable - unless there is a lot of fresh blood or you are in bad pain it is almost always fine".
