Bleeding and cramping at 6 weeks

Hi everyone, I was hoping someone might have a positive experience they would be able to share with me... I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant, based on the first day of my last period, and I have been getting cramps and some blood since Friday (now Tuesday) at first I didn’t think much of it as I’d read pinkish spotting can be common at 6 weeks pregnant and the cramps can be my uterus stretching etc. But now I’m worried because the discharge is more of a red colour, but it’s still only when I wipe after being to the toilet, there’s none in my pants and I don’t have to wear a panty liner. But I am also still getting cramps. I have registered my pregnancy with my doctors but as I’m only six weeks they haven’t been in touch with an appointment yet.
I’d also just like to add, over the past couple of days sometimes there has been normal clear discharge and then the bits of spotting. But now it’s more of a red blood as stated above.
Has anyone experienced this before, and had a positive outcome? Thank you x

Hi op, I have been going through the exact same and today have had a positive outcome (well for this stage anyway). I’ve linked the post I done about it above. Really hope it’s a positive outcome for you too xx

@Lu28 you need to contact your GP and get referred to the EPU. It could be absolutely nothing and baby is fine, but it could also be the start of a MC. Get checked out, if only to rule things out (MC, Ectopic, etc)

Cramping seems to be normal - I had that around 6 weeks.

But might be good to speak to someone about the blood with it.
