Hi just wondering if it's safe to bounce on a birthing ball at 31 weeks as I know a lot of women use it to bring on labour I don't want this to happen i just used it today so I've only used it once so far

I've been using mine since about 18 weeks! Helps with my back.
You will be fine. It's good for your core muscles and getting baby into a good birth position but won't start labour.

It's designed to help in labour, it's not going to trigger it. I've used mine on and off the whole way through my pregnancy.

It’s to help in pregnancy and labour it won’t induce labour
