Is this pain normal?

Hello ladies,

I was wondering if someone could shed some light on my pain or if I'm just being dramatic.

I'm 28 weeks and 2 days and baby is measuring big (I don't know if this is important) but I can't walk, well I can physically but I am in so much pain afterwards like just now I've been walking around the supermarket and now my tummy feels tight and it's like a stabbing pain to walk and it's really uncomfortable, even sitting down and I know it'll last a day or two and it doesn't matter how little or how much I walk it's always the same. I know it might be round ligament pain but oh my goodness it is so painful and it really limits my exercise and enjoyment really (not that I can go anywhere due to lockdown) but I just wanted to see if it was normal or if it's something I should get checked out.

Thank you x

This sounds really awful for you :(

I don’t have much expertise, but I think round ligament pain is much more fleeting - just quick stabs - that’s how I experience it anyway.

I’ve only heard of pelvic girdle pain from posts on here, but that sounds more like what you’re describing?
