Vitamin D in first trimester

I am currently 4+2 weeks pregnant and remember from my first pregnancy that I need to take vitamin d along with folic acid (which I'm already taking).

However I'm unsure about the quantities. Would this be ok to take in early pregnancy or is it too much?

I am still waiting for my booking in appointment so don't have anyone to ask at the moment
