Hi, I'm 19 weeks, would be lovely to hear from anyone at a similar time. I have no bump or experienced any movements, I was really hoping by now I would at least have a belly, this has been an anxious pregnancy with 5 previous miscarriages and through this pregnancy 3 large bleeds. I thought I had some movement this weekend but it ended up being the iron tablets I'm on blocking me up 💨 :-/
I'm keeping everything crossed things start to change over the next couple of weeks.
Is anyone else similar?

@Smiling89 It seems to be very common with a anterior placenta, hopefully I'll know more at my scan where everything has moved too.
I'm similar tall with a long body and just keep thinking every body is so different.

Good luck with the rest of your weeks 😊

@blodyn91 Ahhh huge congratulations on your little boy! I was telling another poster I'm excited to find out now and make it more real.

April doesn't feel that far away eeekk!!

I used to exercise but not through the pregnancy because I had 3 bleeds 7-15 wk and was on no exercise/ heavy lifting and bed rest for a couple of weeks. I honestly feel so unfit now.
I'm going to try and start some pregnancy yoga next week and shame I cant go swimming with the lockdown.

If it's your first pregnancy it's completely normal. You don't really feel any movements untill the 20 week mark.

@Harrimara I'm due 4th April. Easter Sunday. Really close to your date! I just want to get the scan out of the way now - hoping I can relax a bit more then (however unlikely that actually is)! Like you we want to find out the gender if we can - we've had two losses this year after 3 years TTC, no children and I'm now an "older" mum when I hadn't planned to be. The midwife told me we should be talking to the baby but I'm still not sure I believe it's in there - hoping knowing the gender will help me bond more even though I'm scared to!

Thought I’d just say hi as I’m due on 11th April. 👋 Also barely got a bump. People keep asking me for pics and I’m like ‘there’s nothing to see sorry’. I’ve felt like I’ve been getting ‘flutters’ in the last couple of days but it’s so hard to tell if it’s the baby or just gas lol. It’s usually around when I eat so potentially just digestion unless the baby just really likes food (like it’s mum).
Hoping to feel a little bit more ‘pregnant’ soon although I know I will regret that once I do

@LuckyFlash well my brother asked me for a pic last week i sent him thinking he will notice my little bump and just said oh ok just looks like you had too much McDonald's for now 🥲

Harrimara · 12/11/2020 10:47

@Mimba1 We are really close 😊 I feel exactly the same way I'm so scared something is going to go wrong I detached myself from the pregnancy through my whole IVF treatment, sometimes I don't believe I'm actually pregnant and scared to bond. As you probably know every ache, twitch or little pain you just automatically think something bad.
I'm keeping everything crossed for both of us the scans and gender reveal will be the reassurance we need to enjoy the rest of the experience.

xx

@Harrimara I definitely know that feeling! I was in pain basically from 4 weeks - like medium to bad cramping pains every single day. Sometimes so bad it took my breath away. The midwife kept telling me "everyone's different" and "it's definitely not common but it isn't unheard of, it's probably just your muscles stretching as you grow". The last week I've had no pain and now I'm worried it means the growth has stopped! You really can't win against your own mind. Definitely crossing fingers and toes for both of us. I hope you have a good weekend x
