Has anybody suffered from pins and needles in there thigh in early pregnancy?

Not the thigh, but I had a lot of pins and needles and a bit of numbness in my forearms and lower legs in the early days. It had past by the end of the first trimester.

Its mainly in my right thigh the numbness but goes away once i get up and walk about, its happening more so when im lying down, also is it normal for morning sickness to fluctuate?
