Feeling poorly at 33 weeks

I'm 33 weeks with no.2 and the last few days I've felt really sick (was actually sick this morning) and my bump has been really aching. My whole belly just feels like a constant dull ache with some occasional little sharper pains on the side. Is this just all part of baby/bump growing? I don't remember having it with my first

It could be fine but I would phone the community midwife or the hospital you're booked at for some advice. Sickness and abdominal pain can be worrying symptoms and I would get checked over if it was me. Hope everything is fine.

I actually just called my own midwife with similar symptoms (I'm 28+2) and have been told to get checked out down at the hospital. Please ring your midwife OP. It could be something or it could be nothing - best to check.

Am only 25 weeks 3 days but at 24wks i had same symptoms i went in and they told me i was dehydrated and had to many keytones in my wee and they had to put me on an iv drip of fluids. I hope your well and that you get yourself sorted and its nothing to worrying x

Thanks everyone, I went for a walk yesterday and felt a bit better, I think I have been a bit dehydrated so making an effort to drink more, bumps not as sore today and babys wriggling lots. I'm seeing my midwife tomorrow anyway so I'll mention it to her then too.
