16 weeks and worried

I've had 3 miscarriages - all around 10 weeks - and to be honest I had steeled myself for bad news this time. I couldn't believe when I saw the most perfect wriggling bundle at my 12 week scan (I was 12+6).

A couple of days after the hospital rang to say my tests showed I had a very low white blood cell count and that I had to go into be retested. Naturally I was worried sick. However i had the tests nearly thee weeks ago now and have heard nothing so I hope that was good news.

In the meantime I've now got nearly no symptoms and no bump. I know that is fairly normal but my mind is in complete overdrive. Of course I've been told not to worry but it's so difficult 😰

I always think around 16 weeks is the most anxious part of pregnancy as you don’t have symptoms any more but aren’t feeling movements yet. I just tried to remind myself that there was no reason to think that anything was wrong.

I know how you feel. I'm 16 weeks after 3 MC's and im starting to feel anxious again. I was told that my placenta is at the front so I won't feel movements for a while yet. I might try and book a private scan soon to try and reduce my worries.
