Weight gain

I knew it would be a bad idea to weigh myself but I didn't anyway didn't I!

Before TTC I lost about 5kg

Now I'm 22 weeks and I have put that 5kg back on plus a new 5kg so I've gained 10kg and I'm only halfway through.

My trust said 11-16kg was an average weight gain but I'm worried now I still have a long way to go :/

I know this is a pity party but can anyone tell me to get over it!

I put on about 3 stone with my first, if your worried speak to your midwife as too much weight gain can cause issues but some weight gain is totally normal. Each woman and pregnancy is different and there’s a lot of factors so as long as you’re eating healthy and staying active I’m sure it’s just normal weight gain
